I can’t recommend Kerry highly enough! Her passion for her work shines through and you can tell she genuinely cares about your treatment and wellbeing. I’ve had sports massage in the past and seen a few different therapists but i felt most at ease with Kerry. She explained everything she was doing, shared her knowledge and always checked to see I was comfortable. I’m so happy with the end result too. I had personal training with Kerry on and off over several years and she is amazing. She made it such fun but made me work very hard without realising it, she distracted me very well which was exactly what I needed. I loved it so much I am planning on going back to her for some more to get me back in shape for the summer, assuming she will have me back! If you’re prepared to put in the effort, Kerry will support you all the way. Her clear advice is thoroughly researched and tailored to your individual training needs. She covers all aspects of diet, posture, strength and endurance and delivers all this with such huge enthusiasm and encouragement that you’ll simply be swept along. No quick fixes here but I would highly recommend Kerry if you’re looking for positive and permanent results. – David May 2018
